Canvas Press Review and Giveaway - Janice's Return Week!

"We’re glad that you’re taking a moment to learn more about what we do here. Your time is valuable, especially when it’s leading to the purchase of a timeless treasure. Did you ever imagine that the special photo from your wedding or vacation could be blown-up, enhanced and printed with digital quality on beautiful canvas? We do it everyday. In addition, our products resist fading for over 100 years! Part of our process involves the finest sprays, wood frames, inks, printers and canvas materials available. With Canvas Press, you can rest easy knowing that you’ve chosen the best."

My sister, Janessa, has a beautiful canvas in her living room and I was always jealous of it when I went to her home!
When I found out that I was going to be able to review a 16x20 1.5" canvas print from Canvas Press I was so excited! I poured through all of our wedding pictures to find out which one would be the "chosen picture." I finally chose what picture I'd like for the canvas, made my order (which was SO EASY!), and then patiently waited for it to arrive. Before I could even get excited about it arriving, it was at our doorstep.

It had been raining all day when I came home from work to see it on our doorstep. It was placed in front of the door, wrapped in a clear plastic trash bag. The canvas was securely packaged in the box, the corners surrounded by extra cardboard for added support. When I opened it, the canvas was in perfect condition.

The canvas itself is beautiful! Our kitchen is very colorful and has a "bright and cheerful" feel to it. This canvas now hangs on our wall across from the dining room table, in perfect view for all of our dinner parties. The colors on the canvas go perfectly in our kitchen. I love it!

Fresh Pet Review - Janice's Return Week!

"Almost seven years ago, a bunch of us were talking about how much we love our pets – we let them sleep in our beds, we spend whatever it takes when they get sick, we throw them birthday parties. They’re part of our families. We work hard to give our pets the very best, just like our children - to keep them happy, healthy and safe.  And then we turned to what we were feeding them.  Most of us were feeding our pets dry, processed corn byproducts and dehydrated meat from a bag. And we all know dogs and cats are carnivores."

We decided, in that conversation, to do something about it. To stop feeling frustrated by the constraints of big companies – to start fresh.

Ever since we got our dog, Bubbles, around Christmas time, we've been searching for yummy, good tasting dog food and treats. We were so excited when we found the Fresh Pet brand in the pet aisle at Walmart. We figured dog treats that had ingredients like Beef, Chicken, Ground Oats, Beef Broth, Salt, and Natural Flavors would be great for her. Since then, these have by far become her favorite dog treats. These are her "potty training" treats for when she goes to the bathroom outside. She loves them so much that when she now comes back inside, her automatic reaction is to stand in front of the refrigerator door, waiting for her Fresh Pet, Dog Joy, treat.

When I found out that Fresh Pet was introducing "Ready to Bake" dog treat cookies, I couldn't wait to review them! Fresh Pet sent two different kinds of "Ready to Bake" cookies for Bubbles to try out. We decided to bake the Oatmeal and Cranberry cookies. The cookies are already pre-cut and ready to go on the tray.

The cookies immediately started making the house smell like homemade cookies. The smell alone made ME hungry for cookies; in fact, I would recommend having some human cookies on hand to help fight the urge to eat these dog treats (since they're not for humans). The cookies bake at a normal 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. No flipping, no mixing, no mess. These cookies are easy and simple.

The verdict? Bubbles LOVES these cookies! I don't know if she will be able to decide which Fresh Pet product she likes more, the Dog Joy treats, or the Dognations "Ready to Bake Cookies".

The next product on our list to try?

The Fresh Pet Select Slice and Serve!

The next time your shopping in your supermarket, make sure to ask them if they have Fresh Pet!

Butt Bench Review and Giveaway- Janice's Return Week Event!

Pamper Your Butt!

"Bath Extras designed and manufactures the Butt Bench®, a patent-pending bath seat made of natural wood first created in 2006. We started giving out Butt Bench® to friends and family and they absolutely loved it. Some of them gave the bath seat to their aging parents and it helped them sit comfortably while bathing. We have a Butt Bench in every tub and use it to make shaving and footbaths easier, and to store our assortment of shampoos and soaps."

When my husband, Sam, and I got our dog, Bubbles, I was constantly on the look out for products to make our life a little easier with her. When I found Butt Bench online, I knew this would be a great product to help us during her "bath time". When our white pine Butt Bench came in the mail (and it made it to our house quickly!) I couldn't wait to try it out. The bench fit a little over our tub, but the suction cups held it nicely and securely in place. I was a little worried about the paint wearing off at first, but then I learned it has a nice water resistant finish as well! This awesome product will also help those with poor range of motion.

The white pine looked perfect in our bathroom, too!
The Butt Bench made giving our dog a bath quick and painless! No more sore back, knees, and wet clothes!

The Butt Bench is also great for that extra needed storage!

Bubbles and I give the Butt Bench "two thumbs (or paws) up!"
