Necklace Necessities Review and Giveaway

Sometimes, I come across the problem of my necklace being too tight or too short. When this happens, I've found that now instead of having to find a new necklace for my outfit, all I have to do is pull out my necklace necessities ensemble and get that extra length I'm looking for!
